Travco Group's hospitality companies
Steigenberger Hotels AG and Jaz Hotels, Resorts & Cruises, own and
manage the largest hotel chain in Europe and the Middle East with
over 152 hotel properties and cruises in prime holiday destinations.
The group’s ever expanding portfolio exceeding 28,000 guest rooms,
and further projects underway to reach 30,800 by end of 2011, is
managed by the group's hospitality brands: Steigenberger Hotels &
Resorts and InterCityHotel in Europe and Jaz, Iberotel, and Sol Y
Mar Hotels & Resorts and Travcotels in the Middle East.
Steigenberger Hotels AG is Travco Group's stepping stone to
international presence, as well as it's entry into the city hotel
business. With this addition, and through its hotel subsidiaries,
Travco Group now manages 78 new hotels in strategically significant
locations in Europe. The words "Made in Germany" are recognized
worldwide as representing the highest standards of quality, and the
name Steigenberger has been synonymous for first-class German and
European hotel business, quality and integrity for almost eight
decades.
Travco Group's hospitality management company Jaz Hotels, Resorts &
Cruises, owns and manages a growing collection of 53 hotels and
resorts across the Middle East under three brands: Jaz , Sol Y Mar,
and Iberotel Hotels and Resorts. The company's management arm
extends to Travcotels, the group's Nile Cruise company that owns and
operates Egypt's most sophisticated fleet of 21 cruise ships, with
more in the pipeline. With their comfort and luxury, these '
floating hotels' offer an unparalleled experience of Egypt through a
river tour of the country's historical and cultural grandeur.
Having achieved extensive market coverage in
Europe and the Middle East through its existing and newly acquired
hotel brands, Travco Group eyes further expansions internationally
to further bolster its current presence.
