Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort Scoops the Emirates Culinary Guild

Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort’s Chefs were rewarded for their creativity and attention to details during the resort’s participation in the competition that was held under the auspices of the U.S Dairy Expert Council along with the U.S Agricultural Trade and the Emirates Culinary Guild.

The Emirates Culinary Guild is constantly exerting efforts to encourage and develop junior chefs in the region. This completion was aimed at familiarizing chefs with the U.S cheese varieties ad their versatile applications.

The event turned out to be very successful for Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, as its chefs competed against 45 chefs from various countries and won several awards. The winners are the Executive Chef, chef Prasad and his junior chefs.
