Travco Properties and Engineering Showcased at Cityscape Dubai
Visitors from all over the world were interested in Travco Properties' development projects, including the location, different designs, and facilities of both residential projects in Madinat Makadi and Almaza Bay Resort, says Farid Azmi, sales executive at Travco Properties and Engineering.
Travco Properties chose Cityscape to be its forth event to participate in for it being the largest international business-to-business real estate exhibition. It is foreseen as an ideal stage for the property development company to introduce Egypt's most progressive development projects, featuring a true urban design, management, and maintenance of the public realm. These projects are cultivated by the same group that brought together Iberotel Hotels & Resorts, Sol Y Mar Resorts, and its five- star luxury brand JAZ Resorts.
Travco's new real-estate company has reinforced its presence in Egypt's real-estate sector by introducing its two mega projects Almaza Bay Resort in the North Coast and Madinat Makadi in Hurghada, with more exciting upcoming property development plans in the Middle East to follow.
Raising the bar for luxury, the five million square- meter Almaza Bay Resort, comprises 3500 residential units, providing different sizes, six world-class hotels, located on one of the most extravagant Mediterranean beaches in existence.
Destined to become Egypt's most popular luxury resort, Almaza Bay is offering new levels of personalized services and a wide array of recreational facilities, including golf course, tennis academy and courts, and a health club with international standards, to name just a few.
Travco Properties and Engineering's second project lies in the three and a half million square meters Madinat Makadi Resort, presenting residents with stunning new luxury 3500 residential units, from extravagant villas to spacious apartments. Furthermore, the already well established Madinat Makadi Resort, with tasteful Arabian opulence, offers leisure travelers an 18-hole Championship Golf Course and a world-class club house, soon to open.
