From then onwards the construction of all the company related projects including hotels, cruises, corporate and regional office buildings and property developments were overseen by this division. Travco Group, known for their developments in virgin territories which they turn into full-fledged tourist villages, requires the team of construction engineers to be fully geared and forward thinking to tackle any contingencies in these remote sites and hence only the highest caliber is aboard.
Seeing the potential in the Property development market, Travco Group founded Travco Properties in 2006 to oversee the marketing of the Group’s real estate developments in Egypt and internationally. With land banks in prime locations including Almaza Bay in the North Coast and Madinat Makadi on the Red Sea, the company has successfully tapped the real estate market with these outstanding developments.
