Inbound Tourism
This segment primarily engages in sourcing tourists from various feeder markets. Travco Travel, the group’s flagship company, organizes the most comprehensive array of travel packages into Egypt. Combined with Alpitour Egypt and Touring international, the group posses the largest market share among the top source markets, comprising more than one million tourists and approximately three million tourist nights in 2007.In addition to Egypt the group has expanded its foothold to the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar as the emerging tourism destination in the region and has opened three representation offices in Japan and three in China to capitalize on the growth of these source markets Eying the major European cities with interest, Travco has embarked on a major expansion plan starting with Germany followed by the United Kingdom early in 2008 with plans for broader coverage in the near future.

Outbound Travel
The scale of Travco’s operations enables the group to reach virtually every outbound travel market. Equipped to put together creative packages that perfectly meet all needs, the company can accommodate travel requests to any destination, including leisure and business trips outside Egypt. The group provides outgoing travel packages, ticketing, and hotel accommodation services via its state-of-the-art Call Centre, as well as seven retails outlets in Cairo, Alexandria, Mansoura, and Damietta. Moreover, there are plans to expand the retail network aggressively by opening six new branches in Egypt in 2008, followed by 20 more within the next three years.
